1. About Viva

Viva is an AI-powered exam preparation and interview coaching application operated by TSTI IT Agency, Basket-Spintex, Accra, Ghana. Contact: tstitagency@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Viva. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• •You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• •You must notify us immediately at tstitagency@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• •Use Viva for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or its servers
• •Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the app
• •Share your account with others or resell access to the service
• •Upload personal data of third parties without their consent

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Viva (documents, images, text notes). By uploading content, you grant TSTI IT Agency a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Viva service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any materials. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

Viva uses artificial intelligence to generate study questions, evaluate answers, and provide feedback. You acknowledge that:

• •AI-generated questions and evaluations may contain errors or inaccuracies
• •AI feedback is for study assistance only and does not constitute professional advice
• •You should not rely solely on Viva for critical exam preparation without consulting other resources
• •We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs

7. Intellectual Property

The Viva app, its design, logo, features, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of TSTI IT Agency. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our explicit written permission.

8. Subscription and Payments

Viva may offer paid subscription plans. Details of pricing and features will be clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the app store's refund policy. Contact tstitagency@gmail.com for billing queries.

9. Disclaimers

Viva is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• •The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• •AI-generated content will be accurate or complete
• •The service will meet your specific requirements

Your use of Viva is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TSTI IT Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Viva app — including but not limited to loss of data, study results, or exam performance outcomes.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Viva at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Viva after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
