Delete your account

You can also delete your account directly in the app from Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Use this form if you no longer have access to the app.

What gets deleted
  • · Your account and login credentials
  • · All uploaded study materials and files
  • · Generated questions and answer history
  • · Scores, progress, and study streak data
  • · Any active subscription (cancelled, not refunded)

Must match the email address on your Viva account.

This permanently deletes your account, all uploaded materials, generated questions, study history, and scores. This cannot be undone.
